NEW HALL– WORK UPDATE

The demolition work on Hall 2 was completed in late May.

Following the demolition of Hall 2, the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre will take a short break before construction of the new Hall begins in October 2017.

It took a total of three months to completely demolish Hall 2 of the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre and clear space for the new building.

Construction work has been suspended until autumn, in order to provide the best conditions for major events held in Bordeaux this spring, including the Bordeaux International Fair and Vinexpo.

Work will resume in October with the construction phase of the new Hall, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018, with the first events scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.
